Which Applications can be submitted online?

Please note if you plan on registering for CRA programs
such as a GST/HST (goods and services tax/harmonized
sales tax), Import Export, Corporate Income Tax and/or
Payroll Deductions Account, as well as register a
business name in New Brunswick we recommend that you
start your registration process at CRA's business

Personal Information
|

|
Collected personal information will only be used by
authorized Service New Brunswick staff and staff of those
departments and agencies authorized to fulfill the purpose
for which it was originally collected, or for a use
consistent with provincial law. Information may be disclosed
to other public bodies with your consent or where authorized
by law. |

Pursuant to the provisions of the Common Business Identifier
Act the following information may be sent to Canada Revenue
Agency (CRA) for the purpose of verifying or obtaining a
business number |
|
- business or corporate name
- registration or incorporation dates
- owner or director names and their phone and fax
numbers
- ownership type; physical and mailing address
- business phone and fax numbers
- contact names and their phone and fax numbers
and e-mail adresses
- language preference
|

|
|
This information, including the BN, may also be retained in
the Business Registration Service information system of SNB
for administrative purposes and to facilitate future
registrations. Corporate Registry will retain the BN, as
well as information set out on its forms. |

Security

Service New Brunswick has installed industry standard secure
server technology to scramble all information gathered from
our customers at the time of purchase/payment. This means
that any personal information is unreadable while it travels
to our web server computers. Please note that SNB Online
